The spaces and equipment that CHP has are used both for events organised by us and for

providing spaces to anyone who wants to hold events here.

J.V. Gokal Auditorium

Description

It can be used for shows, conferences, cinema or workshops. It has Air Conditioned.

Lighting and sound not included, provided on a case-by-case basis.

Stage: 17.5m width x 9m depth x 6m height

Corridor around the J.V. Gokal Auditorium

Description

This area can be used to promote various events such as fairs or showrooms. The Cafeteria can be open at the customer's request, but it is operated exclusively by CHP. It has air conditioning.

- Living area next to the cafeteria: 84m2
- Foyer: 330m2

VIP Room

Description

The VIP Room is located next to the J. V. Gokal Auditorium. It's a quiet room where there is usually no traffic, except on the days of events in the Auditorium. For this reason, it allows for privacy and good soundproofing. We can place in the room the equipment requested by the client for the activity to be carried out, for example tables, chairs or mattresses. It has air conditioning.

Function Hall

Description

It can be used for any kind of large event, such as weddings, fairs, parties, markets.

Lighting and sound not included, provided on a case-by-case basis.

Stage: 10m width x 4m depth x 2,70m height

Páteo da Índia

Description

It is an open space right in front of the Radha Krishna Temple. Divided into several levels, it allows you to organise different areas for various kinds of events. It is possible to set up structures such as stalls, tents, or sound equipment to hold large parties and events.

Yoga Room

Description

Large living room with wooden floors, ceiling lights and air conditioning. There is a large mirror on one of the walls, which is used for classes. It has a pantry that allows storage of material and a 15.75 m2 antechamber, which can be used as a reception or store.

Dance Room

Description

Room with wooden floor, two large mirrors on opposite walls, which are used for classes, and air conditioning.

One of the mirrors has curtains that can be closed.

1. Download the Presentation and analyse it;

2. Send an email to secretaria@comunidadehindu.org with your request;


3. Await further contact from the Secretariat to discuss the details of the assignment of space;

4. Conclude the Agreement and use the Space for your event.
